Processing Time :Most of the cosplay costumes shown on yusicosplay.com are ready-to-ship and will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order! However, products marked as 【Pre-Sale】 are custom-made and will be produced after the order is placed. These items require additional preparation time, generally 7-15 business days or more. If you'd like to know the exact production time, feel free to contact us via email at any time. Once the pre-sale products are completed, they will be shipped according to the order time.
Shipping Time: It depends on the shipping options you choose:
1.Express Delivery: 4-8 business days (recommended for urgent needs)
2.Standard Delivery: 6-10 business days
3.Economic Delivery: 10-20 business days

1. For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, and postal code at the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box/APO/FPO address.

3. We offer economic shipping, standard shipping, and express shipping, but some large, heavy, or fragile items cannot be shipped via economy or standard shipping options; these shipping options are only available for small packages. Therefore, some items are only available for express shipping.
