Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
·Cancellation within 24 hours: Free of charge, full refund.
·Cancellation after 24 hours: 30% of the item fee will be charged. The remaining 70% of the item fee and shipping costs will be refunded after cancellation.
·Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery
Ordering & Shipping:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time(1-15 business days or more) + Shipping Time (4-20 business days)
Processing Time :Most of the cosplay costumes shown on yusicosplay.com are ready-to-ship and will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order!
However, products marked as 【Pre-Sale】 are custom-made and will be produced after the order is placed. These items require additional preparation time, generally 7-15 business days or more. If you'd like to know the exact production time, feel free to contact us via email at any time. Once the pre-sale products are completed, they will be shipped according to the order time.
Shipping Time: It depends on the shipping options you choose:
1.Express Delivery: 4-8 business days (recommended for urgent needs)
2.Standard Delivery: 6-10 business days
3.Economic Delivery: 10-20 business days
