Ā·CancellationĀ after 24 hours: 30% of the item fee will be charged. The remaining 70% of the item fee and shipping costs will be refunded after cancellation.
Ā·Note:Ā Custom productsĀ cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2.Ā Cancellation After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, due to international logistics constraints, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

However, products marked as ćPre-Saleć are custom-made and will be produced after the order is placed. These items require additional preparation time, generally 7-15 business days or more. If you'd like to know the exact production time, feel free to contact us via email at any time. Once the pre-sale products are completed, they will be shipped according to the order time.
